Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy
At Vastraa House, we strive to deliver products that meet high standards of quality and craftsmanship. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you may request a return as per the policy outlined below.
✅ Eligibility for Returns
A return request will be accepted only if all the following conditions are met:

The request is raised within 4-5 days from the date of delivery

The product is unused, unwashed, and in resalable condition

All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact

The item is not purchased under a discounted or sale category (sale items are non-returnable)

A complete unboxing video is provided in cases where the product is incorrect or defective
(the video must clearly show the sealed package being opened without any cuts or edits)
📦 Return Pickup & Refund Timeline

Once a return request is approved, the product will be picked up within 4–7 working days

After the item is received and passes quality inspection, the refund will be processed

Refunds are generally credited within 10–14 working days, depending on the payment method used
🔁 Exchange Policy
Currently, Vastraa House does not offer direct product exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please:

💰 Refund – Terms & Conditions

Refunds are applicable only if:

The product has a verified manufacturing defect, or

The item is out of stock after return approval

Refund processing begins within 2 working days after the return request is approved and received at our warehouse:

Once initiated, the refund will reflect in the customer’s account within 10–14 working days, depending on the original payment mode
❌ Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order

Both full and partial cancellations are allowed within this time frame

Once cancelled, the refund will be processed to the original payment method
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via NEFT transfer after necessary details are shared.
